The Culinary Arts diploma program at ER College provides students with a strong foundation in the skills and techniques needed for entry-level roles in restaurant and food-service environments. Throughout the program, students rotate through all kitchen stations and gain real-world experience in a student-driven restaurant while working under the guidance of experienced Chef-Instructors.
